This episode is for me the highlight of an otherwise so-so series. Max is now even more firmly my favourite character in this anime. Here is a boy who in spite of his few years understands the meaning of loyalty, friendship and responsibility. I found the ending very moving, another tale of a relationship that cannot be in spite of how right it is. The title is a pun on the title of a musical, Do I Hear a Waltz? My favourite quote: |
